ELPM Directory
The ELPM Directory lists procedures and forms currently published in the Early Learning Program Manual (ELPM). Included are the revised dates, revision notes, and related Performance Standards/regulations. We keep it updated frequently.
This page does not include documents created by outside sources such as immunization forms (Department of Health) and Mobility Mentoring (DCYF). You'll find these on the Health and Nutrition page and the Family Engagement page, respectively.
Things change quite often!Visit the ELPM each time you need a form or procedure. Keeping a copy could mean you are using an outdated document.
